Hey there Chumba Wumbas!
Hopping on by with a break down of all the Pawtucket Brewery items that came with District 10 Part 2. Specifically, all the new items that unlocked for you to be able to craft. 
To start out, you first have to complete all of District 9 and jumped into District 10, then completed the first part of the District 10 Walkthrough. Part 1 Brewery Items HERE. Part 1 Questline HERE.
So what all did Part 2 bring? Let’s take a look.

Now that you have an idea what items are in there for Part 2 to Craft, let’s look at each one individually to see just what they do.
Pawtucket Ale 40 (Decoration): Sits on a 1 x 1 Base. Currently not animated. Just a Beer bottle. Would go well with a Brewery themed area or maybe outside one of the Bars round Quahog.
Trumpet Player (Decoration): Sits on a 1×1 base. Is animated. Marches in place while he blows his Trumpet. When tapped he spins it in his hands than plays again. Can place him outside the Brewery, just like in the episode. Or out back the highschool in the field. Lol.
Drummer (Decoration): Sits on a 1×1 base. Is animated. Marches in place while he drums. When tapped his twirls his drumsticks. Can place him outside the Brewery, just like in the episode. Or out back the highschool in the field. Lol.
Marching Band Tubist (Decoration): Sits on a 1 x 1 base. Is animated. Marches in place while he plays the Tuba. (No sound). When tapped he closes his eyes and plays while barely moving his feet. Can place him outside the Brewery, just like in the episode. Or out back the highschool in the field. Lol.
Forklift (Decoration): Sits on a 2 x 2 base. Currently not animated. I think this one would have been funny as a Moving Decoration myself. Right now it would go pretty much anywhere that could be a construction or in progress type area, or made to look as though its moving around bottles of beer or other things.
Hops Fountain (Decoration): Sits on a 3×3 base. Is animated. Beer flows from the mug into the pool below.The foam bubbles and splashes. When tapped, the mug raises up to the sky and sprays out a fountain of Beer, then goes back to pouring into the pool below again. Really cool Fountain. Looks cool pretty much all over. Even in Peter’s back yard. Lol. I could see him swimming in it.
Chumba Wumba (Moving Decoration): These lil guys will just wander your streets in Quahog. They stop occasionally and start their lil dance. So once you make them, you can leave them out to wander your roads or store them away.
Once you have created ALL the items from Part 1 & 2 to their complete limits a few things will happen…
1:Characters will no longer drop the Materials as the collection is complete
2:Pawtucket Brewery will turn into just a Brewery Decoration. (Currently no payout on it.)
3:You then can go clear any Chumba Wumba’s left with Stewie, outside the two you made, and they will no longer spawn in your town. (This happens just after you finish the questline.)
That does it for District 10.

I started this right before the star trek event. Got all of the first batch cleared out.
half done with clearing the second batch of stuff. I figure once the star trek event is over i should no longer be collecting items lol.
Got everything for Pawtucket Pat except for hats (half done there).
Peter, Chris and now Quagmire busy with star trek So i can’t finish him yet. Once it’s over it should go fairly quick as all i will need to do once hats done is questline stuff.

I’ve crafted everything, characters are no longer dropping, I even put Pawtucket character into storage – I still am told I can’t put the building into storage as it’s too important. It’s definitely just a deco now (and I never want to see it again, so great is my hate for the bloody multiple items.)
Game glitch or did I miss something I need to do before it can be put away?

That is due to if they let you put it away… they gotta let everyone. And for those still playing in the District or just starting it, that will cause massive issue.

You can craft multiples of each item. Just because there’s a checkmark doesn’t mean the multiples are completed. not unlock the multiples are crafted will they stop dropping.

So I have to craft multiple of an items. How do I know which one to crafts.

Tap on the italic I next to each one to pull up the info and it will tell you the limits.

So we really have too craft all of the items till we hit the limit? I try that with the tree hit my max limit and it disappear. If that’s the case then forget it to much going on now and some characters takes too long to for an item that might not even drop. Also we should only require to complete 1 full set and then give us opinion if we want to built or add more. Not a happy camper

Do you *have* to craft the hops fountain for a quest? I haven’t seen anywhere where it is needed.

No but you will need to craft it to make the items stop dropping for it.

I have completed all items from the brewery and had stewie remove all the errant chumba wumbas but am still getting the drops for brewery items, any ideas why?

Did you build multiples of the ones you can build multiples of? You have to fully craft every single thing in the brewery you can, including multiples of items..in order to get them to stop dropping.

Is anyone else’s characters still dropping items for the brewery collectables? I’ve crafted everything inside and cleared the Chumbawumbas so, judging by Bunny’s comments, the building should now just be another decoration. It’s now affecting the StarTrek event as Herbert is still dropping beer bottles when I don’t need them anymore. Emailed TinyCo but waiting on a response.

I can’t seem to unlock the brewery district at all. I don’t know if anyone else has had this problem.
– I’ve cleared the Fine Arts District land.
– I’ve got the Mayor and completed “Mayor West Runs the Town Pt. 7”
– I have only 2 current quests running:
– Walk Like an Egyptian Pt.2
– The Future Was Just Now Pt.3
Yet, I thought that “Home Brew Pt.1” would trigger for sure. But it has not happened. Nor has the Pawtucket Brewery land become available for clearing. It’s still locked. I’m pretty sure I got all the quests right. Perhaps it’s an overlapping quest issue, and maybe I will just have to wait until I complete this super long blimp/time travel/Plutonium quest is done. Any thoughts on what’s wrong, or has anyone else had this issue?

Thats where I thought it should have happened. I’ve stopped and cleared the cache, restarted the phone. I’m thinking of uninstalling and reinstalling. If that does not work, I have it linked to tinyco and Facebook, so I can get the game back. If that does not do it, I will just open a ticket from the game.

Try to kick start it too. Send Peter and Jerome on a random short task to see if it will kick it into place and start the new dialog going. Double check all the walkthrough to ensure you completed purchasing and placing any items necessary for the District.

Thanks Bunny. I contacted support from the game, and here is what Alina from Tinyco said: “Some of the Fine Arts quests are a part of District 9. Once you unlock Olivia and send her and Stewie to Europe, District 10 will be ready to unlock!”
This is an important distinction to remember for players who were working on completing district 9 when the Arts District came in to the game. Prior to that happening, I probably would have went directly to the Pawtucket Brewery questline.

Once you collect the max of all the items from the brewery did you say you should not be able to click on it and view items anymore? I’m pretty sure I got everything, cleared the chumbas walking around town etc but everything seems the same. Am I missing a step?

Yes and they disappeared from the brewery. I have everything from your list above maxed out and completed the quest line. Meg Herbert etx are still dropping brewery items though. Is it worth messaging tiny co or is there something else I can try? Thanks

I wish TinyCo would let us put the building in inventory so the characters wouldn’t keep having items pop up, just more of an annoyance than anything. I’ve crafted all items once, I don’t want anymore.

Now that makes complete sense. I didn’t realize I had to craft the max of each item, but thank God I send everyone on these journeys while working on another quest. Plenty of back up reserves. Thanks so much.

So I crafted every item right up to its limit expecting some big payoff at the end. I even spent clams to hurry it up and free my characters for the blimp quest, and not a dam thing happened at the end
Seriously annoyed with this stupid quest. It Seems to serve no purpose other than to tie your characters up on meaningless tasks.

Think TinyCo will allow more characters to do tasks for the brewery items? So many characters just doing absolutely nothing! Meanwhile, waiting on the land to unlock in the new district so I can get going 🙂

It is a District. Usually very limited Characters are used. To keep the others available for Events.

Umm, actually, the characters used for collecting brewery stuff are also those used primarily for events. So the question is quite valid.

No…it actually made my point. They are in use already as well as main ones for Events…so why stack even MORE on them? That would be overkill and mess with the drop rate terribly. They were smart to go with ones they’re using for fine arts.

My least favorite district I have to say. If it weren’t for the stupid 12 hour beer bubbles task it would’ve been fine but it took me probably an extra two weeks of just collecting those **** beer bubbles to finish everything. Super tedious, not that fun, and Pawtucket Pat is not that interesting of a character. The current and previous districts were much better.

Ive finished the questlines n almost done crafting duplicate items but i noticed yall have that u need the hops fountain to finish the questline but i never got anything like that with a quest…why is that?

I thought District 10 was super fun! Still collecting a few things to finish but I loved all the decorations and moving parts. I thought it was a very cohesive addition. I don’t know why anyone would want to store all of the items! I would love to see how everyone decorated thier district. Would be fun to do a little show and tell! xo

It is because there are craftables linked to it. If they let you store it, that means they’d have to let EVERYONE store it. That will cause massive issues with the game and hundreds of Materials lost not to mention time. In short… for now… you won’t be able to.

I also do have completed all of the tasks and crafted all the items max for this district too.
Completed the last task for Valentine (freemium) & Created the last item for Brewery District at the same time, exactly 23minutes before Valentine Event ended. 🙂
All the brewery-item-tasks/drops went away as soon as I created the last item.
But didn’t notice Brewery doesn’t pay out & became a deco.. Then again, I am wondering.. I don’t even think it did before?! You clicked it and you went straight to the to be crafted items.. not?
I get the same message now as the rest when I try to store it: “This item is to important to put away”.
Maybe there are some tasks for caracters that take place there? Or maybe it just didn’t occur to them yet to change it!
Anyway it was all fun, and I’m looking forward to playing the next district!

As people use it to craft items, if they let one person store it… that would allow EVERYONE to store it and cause mass issues of all those items attempting to accumulate in the Brewery. Not a glitch you want to have happen at all.

I am not a drinker at all and did not even like this episode that much. I have not enjoyed this district. A lot of time spent crafting things that went directly into storage. Hopefully the next one is more up my alley.

Wow. A bit harsh there don’t you think? You know we DO have a life, full time jobs, families, not to mention… did YOU bother to spend YOUR personal Clams purchased with YOUR personal money to speed through the entire walkthrough to verify it all live, write it down, and share with everyone?
If you are so impatient and inclined, feel free to spend 3000+ of your own Clams to speed through ALL the content, create the walkthrough, and post if for everyone to see. Otherwise, how about a lil “thank you” for those that do the work FOR you and a lil patience for those offering you info for free. It’s barely been ONE day. (Not to mention we DID put quick recap of the ENTIRE breakdown in the main post.) 😉

Wow. Again with the disregard for other people and what it takes to type out all the dialog/questline info. Not to mention the length of post it takes that would quadruple the size of the already massive original (not to mention it was dropped on a weekend, you know, when other humans like to spend time with our families or taking a needed break/rest). I will also let Alissa know that despite all the hard work she already put in while being sick, that she needs to stop EVERY THING and not worry about feeling better or resting because you DEMAND a post be done NOW cuz our info just isn’t good enough for you.

This is what we do. We watch for sales on Gift Cards (Costco is usually really good at Itunes ones on sale.) So we save there. We took FULL advantage of their Clam Christmas sale (as well as on other site) to load up. We just go through them at a faster pace here. So we stack sale on card with in game sale to get the most.
The ads pay…well… like 1/8th of 1 cent… if we are lucky… and mainly only for US readers. That is also ONLY if ad blockers are not on. But again, that is fine. The small bits we get still go right back into the site. Attorney fees, copyright fees, monthly maintenance, etc etc etc. We always have been and always will be all about YOU. Paying It Forward. Not making millions off of our silly lil blogs. We enjoy what we do, when we do not enjoy it anymore we will stop. We know what we need to do to make it work and we do that.
Here is the catch in this all, we DON’T want readers to change what they do. We DON’T want you to feel obligated to tap on anything at all. We DON’T want to ever see a “donate” button on our site as we feel it will take from that Pay It Forward Mentality. We DON’T want this site to be about money.
We DO want you to come here, enjoy, and have fun. Let us worry about the back end of things. Just keep coming back. We ran it when there were only a few thousand coming round, we continue no matter the size. Helping others is in Mine, Alissa’s, and Wookiee’s hearts. If I was hungry, I would still give away my last piece of bread. If I was cold, I would still offer the shirt off my back to another, it is all about giving. 😉
As far as TinyCo, they just in the last two weeks started something quite unique and amazing. Something NO other game house has done for us. They offered to give us some game currency. Not a lot, but that is OK. Had they offered 100 Clams, I would take it. Something is more than nothing. As it is THEIR game, it is a lot easier for us to except that donation. (Does that make sense.) Where as it is not so easy to take from another player that we know has struggles of money themselves.

It is just those that DEMAND, expect everything handed to them, things done their way, and are cruel about it all… that become hurtful as I feel it abuses the kindness and generosity of others. Ruins it for others so to speak.

Thank you. I appreciate the support. I just feel… sad… for those that just do not seem to understand or even realize the sheer amount of MONEY let alone time that goes into something like this site. For just Part 2 alone, we had to spend (and this is absolutely no joke) over TEN THOUSAND CLAMS just to speed it up. (Material Collection, “Get It Now” Price, task speeding.) Then there was the fact WE had to wait for the Chumba Wumba’s to spawn as nobody has anyway of speeding up those spawn rates. In short, a LOT of work for something thought so “simple”. Regardless ALL the District 10 info and even this post was complete a while ago. But knowing we still provided ALL the details in a really simplistic form for it in the main post already…
…this post was set aside for future as it is more a “side” post with in depth details…a bit more than what was ALREADY there (but again, still all over the site already then)… We knew players would now be seeking this info as we were going back to the Districts again. Events always have and always will take priority as that info is limited time and Districts are forever.
Short story long, someone was a bit “rude” to state that the info took “FOREVER” when a quick tap of our search tool would provide the facts that it actually has been there all the time it since was brought in the game. THIS… was just a recap. 😉
As for everything else… I will refer to my favorite saying… Kindness goes a LONG way.

What’s really odd is that the pee machine, the brewery annex and the fermentation tanks all collect a payout, but the brewery doesn’t.

Once you’ve finished with this, it would be nice if the brewery became a building with payout, or could be stored in inventory. I’ve maxed out all the craftables, but when I try to store the brewery decoration I get the “this item is too important to put away” message.

Little strange I just crafted the final beer fountain, which was the last of the multiples of the brewery items and now the pawtucket brewery is just a MASSIVE deco with no purpose……… Is that normal?

Hooray! Nothing beats the obligation to “earn” extra, useless decorations!

So, you have to keep collecting things to get the maximum multiples of every item, just to get the tasks to stop? Even though all the Chumba Wumbas are gone, and all of the story lines are complete? This seems just like busy work that adds nothing. I don’t remember other quests or events that require you to collect items past those needed for a quest or get a character in order to stop the drops.

It’s the Materials. If you still need them, they will still drop. So as long as there are items left in the Brewery, the Materials will remain linked to those tasks.

I finished brewing everything, and the brewery is now done. (Whew!) I can confirm, that the bottles will stop dropping when you have crafted ALL of the items that need bottles.(Multiples of the items included).
So as you finish off crafting, the drops will slowly disappear. For instance, I did not need any more tap handles, but they kept dropping until I had enough bubbles to complete my seconds Hops Fountain. Since none of my remaining items to be crafted required the tap handles, those stopped dropping. But Bubbles and bottle caps continued to drop.
At this point, I am fully crafted and done with the brewery. But, peter is still saying it is too important to put into inventory!

I finished the District and had crafted the max so things would stop dropping during the Valentine event. So I had nothing to do after the Valentine event which was ok. Now the next District is here so it’s Play time again.

I'm currently STILL collecting the beer can hats for Pawtucket Pat, need like 6 or 7 more. Also, have ALL items crafted except for 1 more drummer and 1 more beer fountain && still have to unlock the last item: the walking Chumba Wumba?..mine still has a lock on it.
***SOOO after I unlock Pawtucket Pat and have him play the flute once, will that be all in that district?

I only have one more drummer and both hops fountains to go. I’m collecting labels just to see how many I end up with. I need 80 in total and have over 100. Lol.

For players who have completed part 1 and 2, of District 10, I hope they get that they must MAX out ALL of the limit of items available to craft, in order to get rid of the Chumba Wumbas for good. More importantly, maxing out the craftable items is important for future quests, so that you don’t have characters dropping multiple items not needed!

yeah alotta players I’ve seen already commenting everywhere that they’ve “finished crafting all items” and saying they don’t know what to do and they’re stuck, etc.,!! ..yet I’m guessing they’re not understanding that they have to craft ALL quantities so characters will STOP dropping the stuff for the brewery..

I have completed district 10 and completed all the items, but the characters still drop items and the brewery hasn’t turn into a decoration?

All the LIMITS of the items? You can make more than one of several.

click on the “i” next to each item. it will take you to a desrciption of the item which also says what the multiple limit of that item is.
you have to craft every item right up to it’s limits to finish the task.

Not been very impressed with this update, have just 6 bottletops to complete, only collecting to clear the district, most of the stuff already in storage as will my last decoration. Why is such a large item as the Brewery (apart from the Chumba Wunmba the only good thing) only a decoration, and not a building. Disapointing.

District 10 was awful. Way too much work for a very minor character. Least favorite district by far.

Finished everything for the most part, except for the one more beer cap bush and another drummer. At least the brewery won’t dissapear like the perfume factory did, which I wish they’d left the building.

Yep, me too. Glad they are keeping the building too. I have 2 more items to max craft as well, one is the drummer and then done, finito! Thank God. That was a long district to TRULY complete. Now off to a more challenging one…

So, I’ve completed the whole questline and crafted all the items (there are check marks on all of them when I open the brewery), and my characters still drop the materials. Any thoughts? Could you help me on this one? 😀

As you can see in this very post as well as broke down in the bottom, each item has Limits. So until you get all the Limits? Materials will keep dropping to get them. Make sense? 😉
