Hey there Minions!
The time has FINALLY arrived for some things from the past to come to the future. Or is it the other way around? I forget. Well the Fine Arts District is here and with it a LOT of cool stuff. As usual we will be breaking down all the details once we play through it live in our games, so keep checking back to this post as we update it will all the information. 
FINALLY we can get on with the Blimp! HERE WE GO!!!
First off, iOS and Android both received updates not long after the Event to clear the Event from their game. So make sure your App Market has the latest update. And update your game from the App Market if you have not. (Seeing 1.6.9 for Android and 1.6.8 for iOS.)
To unlock the Fine Arts District, you will need to complete the quest “The Wild Wild Mayor West Pt. 5” (From District 9) & then start off on the new questline “The Great Plutonium Heist” & “Away We Go”.

NEW LAND!!
There will be 3 new patches of land you will need to clear. YAY FOR SOME MORE LAND! They will run you $18,000/ $20,000/$22,000. And each patch will take 20hrs to clear. New Land will not unlock until you’ve completed “The Great Plutonium Heist” & “Away We Go”. So basically after you’ve restored the plutonium to the Blimp.

Balloon Mania- $5,000, 12hr Build. Earns $60, 40xp. Ok I know this has been around for a while. But it’s required for this one…
Olivia’s House- $24,000. Earns $45, 30xp/8hrs (Instant Build)
Olivia’s Playhouse- $20,000. Earns $45, 30xp/8hrs (Instant Build)
Quahog School of the Performing Arts- $10,000. Earns $30,20xp/4hrs (Instant Build)

New Character
Olivia has arrived in Quahog! (but won’t appear to start getting items for until you’ve cleared the land and completely unlocked the Fine Arts District)
To unlock Olivia you’ll need to make Stewie Time Travel and bring back STUFF from his travels! Here’s what you’ll need:
1 Saloon- 13 Plutonium needed to travel for this (When you get this it’ll go to your inventory. You’ll have to pull it from there to get it for Olivia. It’ll earn $140, 90xp/16hrs)
1 Dancing Snake- 13 Plutonium needed to travel for this. (When you get this it’ll go to your inventory. You’ll have t0 pull it from there to get it for Olivia.)
1 Venus Fly Traposaurus- 13 Plutonium needed to travel for this. (When you get this it’ll go to your inventory. You’ll have to pull it from there to get it for Olivia.)
1 Acrapolis- 13 Plutonium needed to travel for this. (When you get this it’ll go to your inventory. You’ll have to pull it from there to get it for Olivia. Once placed earns $60, 40xp/12hrs)
Time Travel
To time travel you’ll need Plutonium and LOTS of it! You can get Plutonium from other characters…however Plutonium is a rare drop so it may take a while to get it all! Here’s a list of who drops Plutonium:
Carter- Mistreat Minimum Wage Employees (4hrs)
Mayor West- Have a Screaming Contest (6hrs)
Tom Tucker- Find Spare Keys (8hrs)

A Couple of Notes
-You will have to Time Travel 5 times. Each time you Time Travel you’ll need 13 Plutonium

-Part 3 of Walk Like an Egyptian right now requires the Egyptian Bath House. This was something that was available during Kingdom of the Full Moon. I have it from that, not sure if TinyCo brought it back…since I already have it. However, we’re checking with TinyCo to see if this is intentional or accidental. Or what the case is. Currently you cannot progress to another quest unless you have the Bath House. As soon as we get an answer from them we’ll pass it along to you.
UPDATE BUNNY: We are getting reports of Players reaching this point getting the option to purchase the Egyptian Bath House for $4000. Let us know if you see different. I will attach an image of the one from Kingdom of Full Moon Event, please let us know if your version varies. (Screenshots are always welcome… familyguyaddicts@gmail.com)

It is intentional. The Main Characters are already secured for other item drops and will be needed available for the next event too. Districts are not a rush rush rush thing. They are meant to take your time on and enjoy the dialog and interaction. TOO much fast paced content can wear a player down really fast. It is nice to have a break now and then. Most every District has been like this. 😉

Mine isn’t letting me clear any land in the fine arts district but I’ve finished the plutonium quest and been told to build Olivia’s house. Anyone else stuck? I’ve checked. My app is updated

Did you get the pop up to clear the land? Did you use that pop up to go tap on the section closest to the water and “unlock” the District? Did you get the pop up that the District was “unlocked”?

I never got the “district was unlocked” pop up. I just now went in and manually did it after reading other comments. Now I’ve got all 3 pieces clearing

I am clicking on the gray smoke to clear the fine arts district but Peter is telling me to clear the near by land. There is no land near by to clear, am I missing something?

Where are you in the questline? You can’t clear it till the questline prompts you to do so.

Hi, this happened to me too. Just close the game and open it back. I made that so I could come to ‘addicts and see what I was missing and it worked.
Bunny, this is a little bug. The foggy land only appears when the quest become available, booting the game made the trick for me.

Hi. What the deuce about the stolen plutonium. I saw they dropping, I was supposed to have 5/13, and when I cheled at the blimp I only had 2/13. Already in contact with tiny and no answer at all.

Is anyone else having a game lock up problem? It doesn’t so much crash as freeze, it might unfreeze but sometimes it just closes. This is both on my phone and tablet. Tried reinstall but no luck. Doesn’t produce crash report either

I’m very confused. I have everything unlocked but I am unable to build any of the new land. I have no pending quests to complete but I keep getting a message from Peter telling me to slow down and that I need to unlock the surrounding land first. I have no other land to purchase….I have the plutonium and unlocked the blimp and even built Olivias house. What am I missing? Do I need to go back and purchase duplicate items from the lame Beer district quest (items I don’t even want one of, let alone two)?

No. What questline part are you on? If you tap on your task menu list, what names and numbers are still open?
Did you try to restart your device and go back in and try again?

Just a couple small glitches I’ve been having that TinyCo could fix:
The character actions that involved unlocking Cupid for Beautiful Peter and Glenda Vajmire are still at the top of the list in bold, blue font as if Im still supposed to complete them. My guess is this only affects people who were in the midst of unlocking Cupid when it ended, so probably an easy one to overlook.
Also I only get a little red notification in the top right of the friends button whenever a clam is available tp collect when tapping on friends. If the friends timer resets and they’re ready to be tapped, but there’s no clam to collect, I get no notification and will sometimes go for days before I check my friends.
Nothing major, but mention it to TinyCo if you want. Hope this helps

Has anyone else had trouble locating the h.O.me building? I can’t find it anywhere. I’m wondering if it’s maybe after a time travel. I haven’t done any time travel but this site doesn’t Mention any corresponding time travel to get it, just to unlock the district.

Remember, it’s not an event. It’s a district. So it will hit for you once you’ve cleared D9…no matter when you clear it 😉

I’ve been sitting stationary for a few days with nothing going on. The Fine Arts District Finally opened up last night. Waiting on the Block to be cleared. One thing, though, I don’t see h.O.m.e in my game anywhere. Everything else–those things that are currently available since I haven’t time traveled yet–are there. Is there a specific destination I’ll have to visit for h.O.m.e. to show up?

So I am no where near here yet (I’m still trying to get Plutonium for Stewie – I only started a month or so ago…) it is worth it to buy the BunchaJunk shop – does it keep giving Plutonium when the need arises – though I know not every time cycle? I apologize if this is covered in a previous comment. I broke down and bought family jewels when I earned clams

Look at the picture I posted in the link. You will see an IMAGE of the Ice Bike. For some reason it popped up in Benedict’s questline and many readers were wondering where it came from or why it was there as it was NOT his bike. Now… we see where it went.

I had no choice but to remove it from my phone and now all my stuff is gone! I had over $2 billion and I’ve been playing this game since the beginning! This is so upsetting I lost everything…. We finally get to work on the blimp that’s been there for months and I lose everything? Why won’t tinyco help me?!

If it is linked to Facebook, you can still recover it once you get it reloaded either to your device or a separate one.
How is the memory space availability on your device? Do you have at least 3GB open? Do you run off of a WiFi or Network Signal?

I hope they give more people the plutonium task, having just 3 people to drop something so rare….I got 2 in 1 day, need another 50 for all 4 items, right? That’s far too long to pay off on another character that will do nothing in the future 😦

There’s a glitch right now where videos aren’t showing up for everyone. TinyCo is looking into it…in the meantime I would suggest sending them an in game message so they can see another player id impacted by it 🙂

Can somebody please explain what the player level is for??? I understand for characters it unlocks actions but whats the point of the player level???

I found the new concept of the 11. District really exciting! Being able to travel through time is just amazing! That’s what I have been waiting for ages! I am very glad to see historical pieces in my town! What I really en joy in his game is to decorate and with this district now i can place some really cool buildings and decos in my town.
But I have to mention that even if I am a patient player, it kind of hard to wait for hours to even start clearing the district. Stewie and Brian are trying to sneak in right now, after that there is still the Away We Go questline. I am not willing to speed up my quests but it’s killing me to wait this long. Still, I liked the Brewery and now Fine Arts seems really fun too! I think TinyCo is doing a great job, they always try to find a new concept, a new challenge. I think they deserve a well appreciation!

I am of a same mind as you. I want to savour this conquest. I have been patiently waiting, never asking once; when, and I am not wishing for it to conclude with the loss of the Blimp. The Dirigible design is quite elegant and I would rather it sat dormant, as it had for months, than to have it disappear, altogether. But, I understand them putting away their playthings after they’re done.
As long as it is In the toy box it prevents whining and cajoling.

Activate Stewie’s Blimp (Simple tap on “activate” in Blimp screen)
Many of these tasks we are seeing are one time only. That means no getting ahead by starting ahead. The tasks will ONLY pop up once you hit that part of the questline. No worries. This is a District and here to stay. No need to rush. You got all the time in the game. 😉

So exciting to see new content and SO MUCH of it!
Taking my time with this one, though. I rushed some of the tasks in Pawtucket Pat with clams and have forgotten what ‘working for it’ feels like. The only thing I did hurry was Stewie’s first task. From here on in its go through each questline for all the time it takes. I really hated not having anything to do and waiting, waiting, waiting for events.

Nothing new here. Adding a very small patch of land and 800 things tiny co expects us to be able to fit in it. Very poor planning again. I don’t spend my money to only look at my buildings in storage. Money grab at its best

I am sorry you feel that way. The land is actually LARGE compared to previous releases. And Entire section when in the past we only were given half that. The items, most are small and completely up to you to even purchase. You don’t HAVE to get them all.

How are people sooo far ahead I’m on the Brian blow up balloons and I wasted 10 clams on speeding Stewie up and will waste 14 on speeding Brian up because I wanna start cleaning land

Don’t worry about that. Many are speeding it up and you really should save your Clams. Just as other Districts, this one will take time. Don’t waste Clams on something that will still be round for duration of the game. Save them for other limited time items or Characters you can enjoy. 😉

There will not be an update. If you take a peek at the very top of this post you are commenting on, you will see where in your game play you need to be (what District, questline) in order to unlock the new District. 😉

Which is precisely why I come here. I understand frustration, I don’t understand abusive entitlement badgering. I am thinking that Tinyco is incredibly patient. I know they read a Lot of the comments because they take the time to answer. It’s too bad that they can’t put the offensive ones ‘in Coventry’ the way we used to do on another forum. The user sees their statement but they don’t realize that no one else does.

I think they do it more so as a “learning tool” so to speak. To see how people react to things, good or bad. Keep an eye on those that like to “hack” their game. Overall to really try and connect with their players. Then…there is time.
It is not an easy task to moderate comments on just our site alone. I can only imagine what they are up against there. The first and foremost concern is the game, that will always take priority. Then tech support. Then it trickles down from there. All comes down to time management. What has to be let go, to ensure the higher priorities are handled. They are still a small company in comparison to the game house giants out there.

I may have missed some discussion, but when are the new items available for purchase? I am currently Part 3 of the Great Pu Heist. Does everything show up after that quest line is completed? Right now I don’t see any new buildings in the store.

For the new District, once you’ve clear the questlines and it’s telling you to enter the fine arts district, just tap on the area with the smoke. That’ll unlock the area for you so you can build the land.

They unlock as you go. Various items unlock at different points, depending on when/where you’ve time traveled.

I used clams to speed everything up. I didn’t have the bathhouse before, but I was able to purchase it now. I just got the Acropolis and I’m waiting to get the Leaning Tower. I spent a TON of clams. lol

We both already had the one in this post from when the game first started. Got it from the Kingdom of Full Moon Event, so it never popped up for purchase…instead we were able to go right to the task. We were unable to verify the cost and image content due to this.

I got a quest saying something to the effect that Olivia wanted me to travel back in time to find a saloon. I travelled back in time but nothing dropped. I checked inventory and nothing there either.

Keep going. There is more to it than that. The Dialog between the Characters continues and when you see the complete screen you will see a mini icon of the item won. It will then be in your Inventory or you can place it right away.

I figured out my mistake. I used the blimp to travel through time instead of using Stewie’s travel through time task. Thankfully, when I got to the quest to actually use the blimp it auto completed and I got the Saloon!

I am having this same issue, I have Olivia’s house and I had the 13 plutonium needed but it only gave me coins no item for her. When I tried your sugguestion below (going through stewie to select time travel instead of the blimp) nothing happend even though i have collected another set of plutonium.

Why do I feel like I did these quests before when I unlocked the section with Mayor West and Vinnie.

Similar storyline as it is a continuation of the first Blimp part.

No, it isn’t just the continuation. I swear I remember have Mayor West shooting cats, and Stewie making plans when I unlocked District 9. Then having Stewie and Brian going to Vinnie’s and Vinnie hosting a secret meeting in the restraunt. I am just feeling a major sense of Deja’vu and wonder if they may be rerunning the end of this district unlock to connect to the plutonium quest.

Like I said…they are similar, even down to the clearing of the dogs. I think it is to keep with the original questline so it flows (though only newer players will see that part, no those of us that finished it months ago. Lol. )

Hi.
I have used clams (many) to get the 13 cases of plutonium and my blimp left then returned but I didn’t get anything for Olivia. My question is: do wr send the blimp away x5 times first, then clear land, then send Stewie on time travel in order to get items for Olivia? Or with each blimp activation, an item drops for Olivia? I have read and re-read your post. Also, i am being prompted to clear land but Peter pops up to remind me that I am getting ahead of myself.

Keep going along in the questline, you will see the item drop into your game as it progresses after the blimp returns. Then the additional item that unlocks with it. (See this post)

Any idea on whether or not this is a “phased” district?
The last few have been, but this district seems to have a lot of content all at once.

Bunny I have a problem with face space it currently shows charecters from past events as siloettes are they here to permanently remind me I don’t have the charecters and are they here to stay cuz I don’t like them

They are there due to they are in the game, so those that do have them have the images filled in.

Ok but it’s still not a nice reminder for people who don’t. atleast on tsto they make charecters return premium or not. The charecters at the moment proberbly won’t make a return and that’s not fair on players like my friend(see below) who won’t beable to unlock certain charecters

TSTO has the exact same thing actually. Go to the Characters sets. Same concept. Ones you don’t have are there. Grouped with the rest. faintly seen.
And TSTO doesn’t have them always return. It took 2 yrs for some. Others still only one time.

I’ve read that on the DVD edition, Seth McFarlane states that Olivia may have survived. Either way, we do have ghosts in the game so it works out either way. Don’t question ze TinyCo!

Plus it’s time travel. Remember when Stewie and Brian gave the Native American in the past automatic rifles and they return to Quahog now populated by Native Americans including the Griffins. And Stewie was able to save Brian after he had died by going back to before he died.

Has anyone seen what tasks Mayor West, Vinny, and Brian have after Stewie fingerpaints plans? I’d like to get them started on their tasks before he finishes if I can.

Dont think they let u do the task in advance anymore. Some of them maybe like mayor west for pt2 but not brian. Have to wait till u get to pt 2

I’ve noticed they’ve started doing that lately- not making the action available until the task requires it. Well played, TinyCo… well played. At least Alissa and Bunny’s quick rundowns of characters to keep free will help prevent some facepalms. I’m grateful for that addition to this site 🙂

I missed a whole day it seems lol wasnt sure if the new district was up. So anyway just set Mayor West on the very first task….a lot of quest lines to go….just hope TC dont interrupt it with some other stuff.

It is a District, so here to stay round permanently. So no worries on rushing it. They are there to fill in the time gaps between other game play. In the meantime get stewie off on his Fingerpaint Plans task to get a jump on it.

It is a NEW District, Fine Arts. Blimp storyline Part 2 is just in it as well. 😉
